PURPOSE:To prevent failure of coil wire such as breakdown of wire and keep constant a torque due to a recovery force of flexible conductor by forming a semi-arcuated flexible conductor in order to supply electricity to a wound coil and connecting the one end thereof to a coil wire while the other end to a lead wire. CONSTITUTION:The one end of flexible conductor 5a fixed to a movable part 2 is laid along an external circumference of movable projected part 7, while the other end of flexible conductor 5c fixed to a fixed part along the internal circumference of the fixed part 1, respectively forming a part of the arcuated portion. Moreover, a flexible conductor 5b in the space specified by the external circumference of movable projected part 7 and the internal circumference of fixed part 1 is arcuated forming a semi-circular arc with the radius of curvature of almost l/2 of the difference between both circumferences. Moreover, the radius of curvature on the semicircular arc is always kept constant within the movable range, and rotating angles of the center of virtual radius of curvature are the same. Thereby, a load torque applied on the movable part can always be kept constant within the movable range.
