PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized reactor with large inductance by constituting the titled circuit by an operational amplifier, an N-channel and a P-channel field effect transistors (TRs) and an impedance and connecting them in series with a reactor. CONSTITUTION:An inverting input of the operational amplifier 1 is connected to the 1st terminal T1 via an input resistor R1, connected to the 2nd terminal T2 via a feedback resistor R2, a non-inverting input is connected to an imaginary reference point N, and the reactor L is connected between the imaginary reference point and the 1st terminal. The gates of the N-channel field effect TR FET2 and the P-channel field effect TR FET3 are driven by the output of the operational amplifier, sources are connected to the 2nd terminal T2 and drains of the FETs 2,3 are connected to the imaginary reference point N via bias power supplies 4,5 respectively. In connecting the reactor L having amall inductance between the 1st terminal T1 and the imaginary reference point N, the reactor having inductance amplified by a multiple of (1+R2/R1) is obtained.
