PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a glaze layer having no pinhole, by a method wherein a glass paste diluted with a solvent and stirred is defoamed under pressure before printed on a substrate and baked. CONSTITUTION:A glass paste 11 diluted with a solvent (thinner) and stirred is received in a pressure container and pressurized under pressure of 500kg/cm<2> or more by a plunger 13. In this case, a minute gap (about 0.1mm) preventing the outflow of the paste 11 is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the pressure container 12 and the outer peripheral surface of the plunger 13 and air bubbles in the pressurized paste are forcibly exhausted from said minute gap. The glass paste 11 thus defoamed under pressure is printed on a substrate 1 and baked and, by performing overlap-printing a proper number of times, a glaze layer 5 having a desired thickness is formed. |
