<p>A stable hair rinse composition which provides softness, shine, ease of combing, fly-away control (static control) and ease of styling and is easy to wash out with conventional anionic alkyl ether polyethenoxy sulfate-based shampoos without deposit or build-up consisting essentially of effective amounts of distearyl or ditallow quaternary ammonium compound, a C7-C17 alkylamido C2-C3 alkyl di-14 C1-C2 alkyl amine, propylene glycol, mineral oil, a C8-C18 alkanol and cyclomethicone in an aqueous vehicle.</p> |
