发明名称 INSTRUMENT FOR MEASURING GAS FLOW RATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure the flow rate of a gas from low to high with a high accuracy by fitting two cylinders to each other via a minute gap, moving one of the cylinders along the other while keeping the minute gap and providing an intake air temperature sensor on the downstream side of the moving range of the moving cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A moving member 3 is fitted in a cylindrical housing 1b. When the air of a prescribed flow rate flows in an air passage 2, the moving member 3 is moved downstream against the pressing force of a spring 11 and stopped in a position wherein a pressure that the upstream side surface of the moving member 3 receives balances the pressing force of the spring 11. Thus, a shaft 3d connected to the moving member 3 is moved and the brush 23 of a slider 24 set to the downstream side end portion of the shaft 3d is moved on the circuit pattern of a potentiometer 18. The displacement quantity of the brush 23 is outputted outside from a pin 15 as electric signals. Further, an intake air temperature sensor 14 is fixed to a rib 1b1 fixedly provided on the downstream side of the moving range of the moving member 3. This removes the effect of the sensor 14 on a flow rate measurement and restricts a pressure loss given to an air flow to a small value.
