The invention entails an arrangement for production of work models, so called sawn models, of jaw impressions for use when producing crowns, bridges and other dentures. The unit consists of a stiff, adhesive material composed socket (1) for the work model with a first side (2) creating the base for the work model and another side (3) on the socket's opposite side, which first side shows a large number of holes (16) in the socket arranged in a tight row beside each other in the area corresponding to the jaw's teeth arrangement (tooth wreath), which holes are longitudinally stretched in a buccal-lingual direction and thin in an a proximal direction. Further the unit includes a device for turning in combination with the socket-intended fastening pin (18) with the main flat form fitting in the hole (16) of the socket, so that an embedding in the model (33) intended retention section (22) stretches from the socket's surface (10) on its first side (2), when the pin is placed in the hole. The invention entails a holder as well for the unit as well as an ejection device for separation of the unit and the model.<IMAGE> |
