PURPOSE:To confirm the inside state of a device to select one from plural disks successively by laminating and storing plural disks while shifting their centers in the radial direction by a prescribed length and providing a disk storage means and a cabinet with eyeholes. CONSTITUTION:A projecting piece corresponding to a selected disk D out of projecting pieces of a block body 43 in the first feeding device 40, and the selected disk D is fed out toward a turntable 17 from a storage box 30 by driving of the first feeding device 40. A receiving member 60 is moved by driving of the second feeding device 70 in accordance with said feeding-out operation, and the member 60 is stopped at the time of it coincides with a guide groove of the selected disk D. The disk D put on slide members 36 (36a-36d) by driving of the first feeding device 40 is received by the receiving member 60 and is loaded on the turntable 17 by driving of the second feeding device 70. The inside of the device is seen through eyeholes provided on the front of the disk storage box 30 and on the cabinet 12.
