PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated which is free from a defective blur and has a small deviation of late thickness, by a method wherein a necessary number of prepreg laminates and that of molding plates are laminated in a large number of stages alternately between a top and bottom hot plates and laminate molding is performed by arranging cushion materials on a contacting surface of the hot platen and a necessary position on the inside of the state. CONSTITUTION:A necessary number of prepregs 3, which has been obtained by impregnating a base with thermosetting resin varnish and drying the same, are piled up and the piled up prepregs 3 and molding plates 4 such as stainless steel plates are laminated alternately. A top plate 6 formed of an iron plate and a cushion material 5 formed of a rubber sheet are placed between the topmost stage molding plate 4 and a hot platen 1 and the to plate 6 and cushion material 5 are placed between the lowermost stage of the molding plate 4 of loaded matters and the hot platen 1. Then the cushion material 5 is placed further between the molding plates 4, 4 at an arbitrary position close to an intermediate stage of the loaded matters. The loaded matters are heated and pressurized by the top and bottom hot plates 1, 2 under this state and the prepreg 3 within the loaded matters is cured. |
