PURPOSE:To facilitate input of additional data by securing a gap at the physical position of a memory device for data when data are stored in a program formed forward. CONSTITUTION:The data (records) A1-AN are stored in a file F formed forward and in order of supply within a memory device D. Here physical gaps B1-BN are previously secured after those stored data A1-AN respectively when these data are stored. The input request data A0'-AN' if delivered are written into the gaps B1-BN secured in response to those data respectively. Thus the addition input of data is possible.
