PURPOSE:Sweet jelly of beans containing Lentinus edodes, having characteristic taste of Lentinus edodes, hardness to the teeth and stable qualities, by blending dough for sweet jelly of beans with Lentinus edodes which is dried to a specific water content and preserved in honey. CONSTITUTION:Raw Lentinus edodes which is dried to 15-30wt%, preferably to 20wt% water content is preserved in honey preferably for 3-4 days, chopped and dough for sweet jelly of beans is blended with preferably 20-30wt% based on the dough of the chopped Lentinus edodes to give sweet jelly of beans containing Lentinus edodes. |
