PURPOSE:To efficiently prevent the cooling fins of an air-cooled condenser from clogging by providing an air nozzle for ejecting air to cooling fins protrud ed from the outer periphery of a pipe for circulating a coolant within the con denser. CONSTITUTION:An air pipe 16 in which ejection holes 16A are formed on the side of a condenser 12, is disposed at the outside of a filter 15. Compressed air is suitably fed from a compressor provided separately from a compressor incorporated in a wet water cooler to said air pipe 16, and air is ejected onto the side of the condenser 12 through ejection holes. Therefore, dusts and dirts do not adhere to the cooling fins within the capacitor 12. Further, since dusts and dirts adhering to a filter 15 mounted on an air inlet port 13 are removed, cleaning of the filter 15 is not required.
