PURPOSE:To simplify the wiring and connection of wires, by positioning a lead pin near an orthogonal junction of a sensor element in which a piezo-electric bimorph element for driving and a bimorph element for detection are connected parallel with a detection shaft while being perpendicular to each other to shorten the interval between the detection bimorph element and the lead pin. CONSTITUTION:Lead pins 8a-8d are fixed on a base 6 and the lead pins 8a and 8b are extended to bring the tip thereof near a function material 7. Wires 9a and 9d connected to the respective surfaces and backs of piezo-electric bimorph elements 1a and 2a for detection are connected to the tip of the lead pin 8b. Wires 9a and 9c connected to the respective surfaces and back surfaces of the piezo-electric bimorph elements 1a and 1b for detection are connected to the bimorph elements 1a and 1b for detection are connected to the tip of the lead pin 8a. This eliminates the need for secure-bonding in the course of the wiring thereby improving the workability for an angular velocity sensor. |
