摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable easy measurement by light irradiating the blood in a tube from a tube side, changing the flow rate of the blood in the tube and measuring the change of the optical density of the light transmitted through the blood in the tube. CONSTITUTION:A stand for instillation, the transparent vinyl tube 3 having about 0.26cm bore and about 1m length and about 20ml heparin added fresh blood are prepd. in, for example, a dark room. An injection cylinder contg. the blood is connected to the tube 3 and is hung to the stand. The flow rate of the blood 4 flowing in the tube 3 is adjusted by vertically moving the height of the injection cylinder. A coffer for surgery is attached and detached to and from the mid-way of the tube 3 to start the flow of the blood and to quickly stop the flow thereof. The part near the other end of the tube 3 is passed through a pencil box made of celluloid and the white light emitted by an Xe lamp is irradiated through a fiber on the tube 3 from behind the tube. The photograph of the blood 4 in the static blood state is taken from the entire surface of the tube 3. Flow is then added to the blood 4 and the image thereof is photographed. The rectangular image in the static stage is contracted to a gourd shape along with the flow. The flow effect thereof is recorded by using a spot like sensor in the central part of the red image, then the agglutination rate of the red blood cells for whole blood is measured.</p>
