In order to avoid disturbing reflections in the outer reflectors (2) of a luminaire louvre due to the reflecting surfaces of the cross vanes (3), provision is made on this upper side for webs (5, 5') which run parallel to the longitudinal axis of the luminaire louvre and are produced from a non-reflecting material. These cross vanes are expediently constructed to be wedge-shaped, tapering off upwardly in the direction of the lamp (1). As seen from the longitudinal central plane of the luminaire louvre, the distance (a) of neighbouring webs (5, 5') increases towards the outside. By means of these webs (5, 5') all light beams which leave the lamp (1) and could impinge on the upper side of the cross vane (3) and from there be reflected onto the outer reflector (2), are blocked out. The loss of light which is thus incurred is very small, as only a relatively small part of the total surface of the cross vane (3) is covered by the narrow webs (5, 5'). <IMAGE>
