Universal board for mounting electronic components (1) comprising on one or both surfaces, adjacent short copper tracks (9) intercalated by long copper tracks (4), (5), (6). There are also other tracks (3), (8). Said short tracks and long tracks made of copper rest on a base material. The holes provided in said short tracks and long tracks made of copper permit the positioning and inter-connection, by means of WIRE WRAP, of the majority of electronic components which are currently in use. Said board can be easily manufactured according to known techniques, SUBRACTIF system, and in particular without any modification to the machinery of the manufacturer, with consequent economic advantage. This board permits the user to achieve a greater facility and flexibility in the electronic construction in which it is used, with a consequent saving in time. Said board is in particular employed in laboratories and companies involved in constructing electronic systems. The board can be reproduced in all dimensions and areas employed by the various companies operating in this sector. <IMAGE>
