PURPOSE:To easily make the frequency characteristic of a chroma deemphasis circuit uniform by suppressing a high frequency component in the state converted into a low frequency when a chrominance signal preemphasized at the time of recording is reproduced. CONSTITUTION:A low-pass filter 29 extracts a reproduced low frequency conversion chrominance signal, and a variable delay circuit 31 composed of CCDs, etc., removes the phase fluctuation of said signal. Next a cross talk removing signal processing circuit 32 composed of a comb-line filter formed with a CCD 32A as a 1H delay circuit, a reference clock oscillator 32B and a subtractor 32C removes cross talk. Then a chroma deemphasis circuit 33 consisting of a trap circuit 33A for the frequency of a chrominance subcarrier subjected to low frequency conversion, a limiter circuit 33B, a subtractor 33C, etc., deemphasizes said signal. In that case since the frequency of the handled signal is low, its characteristic can be easily made uniform. |
