PURPOSE:To position an inbalance point accurately at a specific position by outputting a specific voltage linearly at specific time, and contrasting it with a DC voltage indicating the phase difference between a stored reference pulse indicating the reference point of a body to be measured and an unbalance pulse and making them coincident with each other. CONSTITUTION:An inbalance detector 9 outputs an inbalance point X which appears owing to the horizontal oscillation of the body 5 to be measured as the inbalance pulse P2 on every turn of the reference pulse P1 which is outputted through the detection of a photosensor 7 and the inbalance pulse P2 is converted into a DC voltage, which is stored in an analog memory 11. Then, a time-voltage converting circuit 12 outputs the specific voltage linearly at the specific time and the voltage is contrasted with the stored DC voltage and made coincident. Consequently, the inbalance point is set at the specific position extremely accurately and stopped.
