PURPOSE:To contrive miniaturization of a tundish car by arranging a lifting frame, supporting the tundish and also arranging a wheel supporting frame, and further plural lifting mechanism just above the wheel supporting frame. CONSTITUTION:The tundish has wheels 1-4, and the shaft part of each wheel is supported freely rotatably by a bearing 9 arranged at the lower face of the wheel supporting frames 5-8, respectively. The lifting mechanisms 10-13 are arranged just above the supporting frame 5-8, respectively and also the tundish 31 is supported on a lifting frame 30 through receiving metals 32, 33. In this way, the tundish 31 is lifted by a screw jack 19 of the lifting mechanisms 10-13 and also all of the tundish car is carried. As the lifting mechanisms 10-13 are arranged just above the wheels 1-4 and the wheel supporting frames 5-8, the eccentric load is reduced and the tundish car is miniaturized.
