PURPOSE:To eliminate the shifted contact of a brake pad by supplying an air flow through a ventilation hole of an annular sliding board so as to cool a sliding board and a panel thereby preventing the influence of distortion due to the produced heat. CONSTITUTION:A panel 2 is arranged in circle with a plurality of chips splitted into sectors and provided with projecting chips 2a extending radially at the outer edge and fixing sections 2c brazed to the inside. An air flow is produced by the rotation from the bracket 3 side through a ventilation hole 2b and the sliding boards 1, 1 to the outer circumference so as to cool the sliding boards 1, 1 and the panel 2, while the thermal expansion produced by the temperature rise is absorbed by a gap between a flanged pin 4 and the fixing section 3a of the bracket 3 so as to prevent the distortion. Since the sliding section is not distorted by the braking, shifted contact of brake pad can be eliminated.
