<p>PURPOSE:To improve setting operatability for a welt part, by installing a lip main body part, where plural through holes are made up, in the inner surface of a welt main body part being formed in almost U-shaped form in its section, while filling up a sealant in space between both these main body parts. CONSTITUTION:On the inner wall of a lip main body part 17, there are provided with a couple of lip pieces 21, while plural through holes 23 are opened to space between both these lip pieces 21. In addtion, after a tenacious sealant 31 is filled up at the specified thickness on the bottom of a U-shaped groove 13 of a welt main body part 1, the lip main body part 17 is installed along an inner surface of the U-shaped groove 13. At this time, an inner fixed part wall 17a of the lip main body part 17 is deformed inward along the sealant 31 so that this sealant 31 is in no case extruded out of these through holes 23. Next, the welt part 1 is inserted into a terminal flange 9 of the panel to the full. In time of this insertion, since the main fixed part wall 17a is forcibly pressed by the terminal flange 9, the selant 31 is extruded from these through holes 23 and an empty space (a) is thus filled up.
