The subject of the invention relates to a parcel-carrying advertising push-trolley device. It consists firstly of the combination of a chassis with a bottom 1, upper frame 2, open side faces 3, 4, then of the solid front wall 17, constituted by a fixed advertising panel, and finally of the space for receiving a sack 14 for collecting parcels and purchases, forming the bodywork. It is intended to equip shoppers in pedestrian areas or the like, who after having used them will leave them in front of the door of their houses where they will be collected by collectors. <IMAGE>
