PURPOSE:To attain connection that makes the specification of a bus unnecessary and to obtain fitness to the actual connection of circuits by controlling a relay such that it is turned on and off based on final connection information and previous connection information. CONSTITUTION:Memory means 51-55 is 16-words X 16-words matrix so as to associate with a relay matrix. Lateral bits correspond to relays, and data of one row means one connection. Rows in the final connection information memory means 54 and the previous connection information memory means 55 correspond to buses as they are. As a result two piece of connection information stored in the connection command information memory means 51 and the previous information memory means 55, respectively, are compared and processed, and finally the relay is so controlled to turn on and off through a relay control circuit, thereby connecting target circuits.
