PURPOSE:To restrain generation of abnormal sound by fitting two leads into a spacer such that one of them is completely fixed to the latter and the other is loosely arranged. CONSTITUTION:One lead 5 is fitted to a spacer hole 10a with the least possible looseness and fixed or sintered with a metal fixing member made of a metal brazing material for the fitting part, or paste-like metal powder or the like. The other lead 6 is also fitted loosely to a spacer hole 10a with the diameter is larger than that of the hole 10a by e.g. 0.3-1.0mm. Thus, no abnormal sound is generated.
