PURPOSE:To manufacture swiftly and easily by a single process a composite molded product wherein a base material is exposed on a protrusion and fiber cloth is stuck to the surface of a nonprotrusion, by a method wherein a top and bottom forces are clamped together after the base material of synthetic resin, which is measured and in a molten state, has been distributed and mounted mechanically above the fiber cloth by laying down to same in a cavity by providing the cavity on a molding surface of the bottom force of a compression molding tool. CONSTITUTION:A top and bottom molding tools 1, 2 are clamped together after a base material 3 has been supplied and mounted at an appropriate pattern and weight distribution above fiber cloth 9 by laying down the same on a molding surface of the bottom force 2 by providing a cavity 17 on a molding surface of the bottom force 2. The material 3 fills up the cavity 17 by entering into the cavity 17 when the material 3 arrives at the upper part of the cavity 17 by flowing above the fiber cloth 9 within an upper and lower cavities 21. The tip of the material 3 arrives at a terminal 22 of the cavity 21, mating surfaces of the top and bottom forces are stuck close each other at a land part 23 through the fiber cloth 9 at the terminal 32. With this construction, a composite product wherein the fiber material exists by sticking close to a rising boundary of the protrusion 17 and the fiber cloth 9 does not peel off at the rising boundary can be manufactured. |
