<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the time loss by using an optimum schedule in response to the actual working. CONSTITUTION:A computer aided manufacturing CAM system 1 contains an information input part 3, a parts data calculating part 5, a nesting part 7, a parts working time estimating part 9, a schedule logic answer arithmetic part 11, a schedule backup part 13, a Gantt chart producing part 15, an optimum Gantt chart extracting part 17, and an information output part 19. Then a base material group of the same sheet pattern that can be carried over a line is set as a unit job and the part 11 complies a schedule to supply plural jobs to the line with high efficiency. At the part 15 the time component of each element is added to a logic answer calculated at the part 11 based on the line information supplied from the part 3. Thus a Gantt chart is obtained in response to an actual line.</p> |
