PURPOSE:To enable the generation of a high power without need to supply fuel or charge, by a method wherein a storage, making a pair of fluid for driving an expansion turbine, is rotated so that an irradiation-with-sun position and a shield-from-sun position alternately change places with each other. CONSTITUTION:When, in a universal space, a storage tank 3a is irradiated with the sun S, and a storage tank 3b is shielded by a shield plate 1, fluid 2, e.g., fleon, in the storage tank 3a is gasified. After the gasified fleon rotationally drives an expansion turbine 5, it enters the storage tank 3b for condensation. In this case, since a device is rotated at proper angle around a rotary shaft X so that the positions of the storage tanks 3a and 3b change alternately places with each other based on the shield plate 1, the flow of the fluid 2 is reversed each time the storage tank is rotated by a half turn, and a power can be continuously generated. This constitution enables the generation of a high power by means of solar energy in a universal space without need to supply fuel and charge.
