PURPOSE:To operate stably an A/V equipment at a set action starting time and to suppress a rush current of an electric power source to low by anticipating a starting-up time and inputting successively an power source. CONSTITUTION:An action starting time T0 is set to a time setting circuit. In a starting-up memory 12a, a time T1 needed until a tuner 21 executes a stable action is stored, and an equipment action time signal T0-T1 is outputted from an arithmetic circuit 13a. When a time signal from a clock part 14 displays T0-T1, an equipment action starting signal is outputted from a comparing circuit 15a, 100V of a commercial power source appears at a capacitor 17a, and therefore, the tuner 21 starts to operate. In the starting-up memory 12b, a starting-up time T2 of an amplifier 22 is stored and in a starting-up memory 12c, a starting-up time T3 of a cassette deck 23 is stored respectively. Here, when T1>T3>T2 is set, all pieces of equipment start an stable action simultaneously when the time T0 is reached.
