PURPOSE:To facilitate operations and to improve the using efficiency of an information storage medium by grouping transmission destination information recorded on a recording material at every destination, filing information at every group, filing and storing a piece of transmission original information in a package, destination and reading the recording state of transmission destination information. CONSTITUTION:A reading and identifying means 121 reads a transmission original 113 and a transmission information recording material 116, and outputs a transmission information reading signal 119 and a destination information signal 117 according to the transmission information 111 and the destination information 115. The transmission information reading signal 119 is stored in a storage means 137. In response to the storage destination information signal 127 and analysis signal 123 of a destination information storage means 129, the information stored in the storage means 137 is read out of the storage means 137, and the selected transmission information is outputted to the communication circuit 141. According to the transmission destination expressed by the transmission destination information 115, the transmission information 111 of the transmission original 113 is grouped, whereby the multiple address of the information can be made at every transmission destination.
