PURPOSE:To maintain efficiency in A/D conversion, by generating a comparison reference voltage required to correct the displacement of a DC offset voltage level generated by a temperature coefficient, at an offset voltage correction circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a control voltage is inputted to a temperature correction input 6, the full scale voltage VFS of the comparison reference voltage is shifted and corrected to a + or - side of an earth potential in a regulated state, keeping the relative potential difference of the comparison reference voltage distributed to respective comparator by a voltage divider 3, at the same state. A circuit constant is set so that the displacement quantity of the potential is varied according to the temperature coefficient of the DC offset voltage, and thereby, only the earth potential level of the comparison reference voltage distributed to respective comparator by the voltage divider 3, is made varied, and the displacement of the DC offset voltage due to the change in a peripheral temperature, is corrected, thereby, conversion efficiency can be maintained.
