摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To easily and inexpensively obtain a cryogenic container high in air-tightness and joint strength, by performing metal plating on surfaces where outer and inner tubes molded of fiber reinforced plastics are respectively in contact with vacuum heat insulating parts and on a surface where they are joined with a terminal plate, and then performing bonding by heat fusion to unify low melting point metal plating formed on the joint surface. CONSTITUTION:An outer tube 6 and inner tube 7 are molded of glass fiber reinforced plastics. Copper plating 10 of 30mum or less in thickness is performed on surfaces where they are respectively in contact with vacuum heat insulating parts 3 and on their bonded part 9, and besides solder plating 11 of 30mum or less in thickness is performed. Solder plating 11 of 30mum or less in thickness is also performed on the bonded part 9 of the terminal plate 8. Then, the outer tube 6 and inner tube 7 are jointed with the terminal plate 8, and their bonded part 9 is fastened by using bolts 12. Then, the terminal plate 8 is heated by the flame of a gas burner or the like, to fuse solder plating 11 on the bonded part 9. Because the stainless steel terminal plate 8 receives the flame to transmit the heat to the solder plating 11, the solder plating 11 can be fused. Metal plating on the surface in contact with the vacuum heat insulating part makes the inside gas to be hard to pass and facilitates vacuum holding. The coupling strength becomes strong because of the fusing of the plating part of the low melting point metal.</p>
