PURPOSE:To improve the yield of material without decreasing the magnetic utilizing rate by combining sectorial plates formed from a ring plate divided equally into plural numbers and forming a top plate. CONSTITUTION:The sectorial plates being eight equal divisions of the ring top plate at an angular interval of 45 deg. each radially and they are combined to form the ring top plate. That is, continuous sectorial plates 17 are punched so as to the position of pivot comes alternately and the eight sectorial plates 17 are used to constitute the ring top plate. In this case, no punch chip is caused, and only the punch chip 14 is formed as a scrap, where large/small circular arc sides of the sectorial plates 17 are consecutive alternately and the yield rate of material is improved remarkably.
