PURPOSE:To enable the inspection of an inner layer material without providing a hole thereto, by superposing a sheet having a hole provided thereto at the position corresponding to the required position of the inner layer material having a circuit formed thereto on the inner layer material having no hole formed thereto and fixing both of them in a positionally matched state before inspection. CONSTITUTION:A sheet comprising a synthetic resin or rubber is provided with a hole at the position corresponding to the predetermined position of an inner layer material having an electric circuit formed thereto. This sheet is positionally matched with the inner layer material having no hole formed thereto to be fixed thereto and, thereafter, the inspection of the electric circuit is performed. |
