PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform observation under a constant heating state, by forming an observation plate by arranging a transparent conductive membrane between upper and lower transparent plates and supplying a current to the conductive membrane to make it possible to hold the observation plate at constant temp. CONSTITUTION:An observation box 10 is equipped with a box main body 12 having an upper opening part 11 and the main body 12 has an almost rectangular parallelepiped shape and a fluorescent lamp 13 is mounted in said main body 12. An observation plate 16 is arranged to the opening part 11 and supported by the main body 12 through a hinge member 17. A heater stage 18 and a temp. control part 19 are integrally constituted along with the observation plate 16 and the stage 18 is formed by holding milk white transparent plates 20, 21 to a frame body 22 in a superposed state and arranging a transparent conductive membrane 23 between the transparent plates 20, 21. The supply of a current to the conductive membrane 23 is controlled by the control part 19. By this method, an article to be observed can be clearly observed under a constant heating state necessary for proper observation.
