MANUFACTURE OF LAMINATED MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To improve elimination or reduction of energy and thickness accuracy of a laminated material and to attain elimination of built-in air bubbles by preventing heat radiation at the time of molding the laminated material, by a method wherein the laminated material is put between molding plates, the circumference of which is surrounded by an elastic material, and the laminated material is laminated, heated and pressurized under depressurization. CONSTITUTION:A laminated material is put between molding plates, the circumference of which is surrounded by an elastic material and the laminated material is laminated, heated and pressurized under depressurization, in a manufacture of the laminated material which performs lamination molding of the laminated material into which an external layer material, resin impregnated base further internal layer material at need are inserted. With this construction, elimination or reduction of energy based on prevention of heat radiation and thickness accuracy of the laminated material are improved and built-in air bubbles can be eliminated. Although the external layer material is either a metallic foil such as a copper foil or an aluminum foil or a brass foil, or a laminated sheet to one side of which metallic foil has been applied, adhesion can be improved also further by keeping an adhesive agent applied to the metallic foil beforehand at need. Although a molded article, extruded article and cast article of rubber or plastic can be used as the elastic material, a matter that a cross-sectional area of corner part of the elastic material is larger than a linear cross-sectional area is desirable from the view point of prevention of lead at the corner part.
