PURPOSE:To enable smooth discharge of bean curd refuse from a soya milk filtration tank, by placing a first rotatable scraping member with a fixing and supporting member in a soya milk filtration tank and placing a second scraping member outside of the first scraping member. CONSTITUTION:A soya milk filtration tank 4 is supported in a manner rotatable around a vertical axial line (l) in a boiling kettle 1 furnished with a steam inlet 2 and a soya milk outlet 3 at proper positions. A transfer pipe 7 is connected to outer environment at the top of the boiling kettle 1 and the lower end of the pipe 7 is extended near to the bottom of the filtration tank 4. A first rotatable scraping member 9 is placed in the filtration tank 4 with a fixing and supporting member 8 and a second scraping member 10 is placed outside of the first scraping member 9. The member 9 is made to be turned and bent by the aid of a locking mechanism 11 between the member 8 when the tank 1 is rotated along a definite direction and, at the same time, the member 10 is made to be turned and bent by elastic deformation. As a result, the discharge of bean curd refuse from the soya milk filtration tank can be easily and rationally performed. |
