PURPOSE:To miniaturize an ultrasonic motor, and to reduce unnecessary noises by operating magnetic bonding power between a vibrator and a moving body and mutually pushing both the vibrator and the moving body. CONSTITUTION:A susceptor 26 is organized of a magnetic material in an ultrasonic motor in which vibration resonating bodies 11, 21 with piezoelectric bodies 15, 25 are constituted of a non-magnetic material, and plural pairs of magnetic circuits 18 are formed among the susceptor 26 and magnets 12, 22. The peripheral sections of the magnets 12, 22 are divided into a plurality of pairs and magnetized, and the magnetic circuits 18 are shaped among each of the divided sections and the vibration resonating bodies 11, 21. The directions of magnetization of the magnets 12, 22 are varied, thus effectively shaping the magnetic circuits 18. Bonding power among the vibrators 11, 21 for obtaining frictional force and a body of revolution is acquired by reducing leakage flux to the outside by using plural pairs of the magnetic circuits 18, thus ensuring a surface contact under the state in which the vibrators 11, 21 and the body of revolution are fast stuck by the push force of the bonding power. |
