PURPOSE:To aim at reducing the cost of a clutch device and at making the same lightweight, by introducing oil discharged from a lubricating oil pump driven by an engine, into a drive system clutch means disposed in a power dividing device to eliminate the necessity of a special fluid pressure generating means for the clutch means. CONSTITUTION:A drive power dividing device 3 for dividing and transmitting the the drive force of an engine 6 to left and right drive wheels 1, 2, has a drive system clutch means 4 for generating a clutch fastening force with the use of fluid pressure fed from the outside. This clutch means 4 is fed with a fluid pressure Pc from a fluid pressure generating means 5. In this case, the fluid pressure generating means 5 also serves as an engine lubricating oil pump 501 driven by the engine 6, and oil discharged from the oil pump 501 i introduced into the drive system clutch means 4. With this arrangement it is possible to eliminate the necessity of an additional fluid pressure generating means, thereby it is possible to aim at reducing the cost of the clutch device and at making the clutch device lightweight.
