PURPOSE:To prevent external beautiful appearance from being damaged by providing a means for controlling an incoming device in a desired state through radio according to a command of a caller to eliminate the need for a filter or the like for preventing the leakage of signal and any special installation work. CONSTITUTION:A controller 1 is provided with buttons 1-5 and 7-12 setting absence/presence, a display section 13 of information and an infrared-ray transmission section 15 functioning as a control signal or the like. Further, a reception adaptor 5 receives the infrared rays 14 sent from the controller 1 and is connected with a device in a home such as an illuminator 4 to apply on/off control to said illuminator 4. Thus, any special installation work is not required, the external appearance is not damaged and a filter or the like to prevent signal leakage is not required, and the reservation of control time by the controller or a telephone set is executed in advance independently of the control time.
