PURPOSE:To enlarge flow filter area of filter section as a whole and increase life of a filter element by providing a plurality of filter sections in the filter element and using said filter sections one by one by a pressure valve. CONSTITUTION:A pressure valve 8 is provide to flow fluid into a space formed partitioning with a plurality of filter sections 2 and 4 and a covering material 7 by variation of pressure. When clogging of the first filter section 2 is generated by using a filter element 1 contained in an outer container 16, the pressure valve 8 is opened by said pressure to flow fluid 13 to the direction 15 and filtrate the same directly at the second filter section 4 through the pressure valve 8. As a result, the flow filter area of filter sections 2 and 4 is enlarged as a whole to increase the life of the filter element 1.
