PURPOSE:To attain the use of unspecified many subscribers as required by ensuring a memory area registering a message as required only and providing a pass word to the memory. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming call comes from a general public network, the call is connected to a reply circuit 11. A talkie requesting any of assurance, use, release of a message registration memory to a caller is transmitted to the caller. The object of use ABC is received by a PB reception circuit 12 and identified by a PB identification circuit 13. In receiving the ABC representing assurance, the circuit 13 instructs the assurance of the memory area to a memory control circuit 14. The circuit 14 retrieves an idle area on the memory circuit 15 and informs a pass word for the use of area, e.g., XYZ to the caller. Thus, the use of unspecified many subscribers as required is attained.
