PURPOSE:To attain the main operation of a camera only by the operation of a barrier by including a position where the operation of the camera is set up to an inhibiting state in specified positions. CONSTITUTION:The camera is provided with the barrier to be optionally slided between two or more specified positions and constituted so as to cover operating members so that only an operating member required at each specified position can be operated and the position where the operation of the camera is set up to the inhibiting state is included in the specified positions. When the camera is moved on the specified position for inhibiting the operation of the camera, the operation of the camera is inhibited, and when the barrier is moved to another specified position, the inhibiting state is released, so that the barrier for converting operating members can be also used as a main switch.
