PURPOSE:To control the diffusion of light guided into a visual field and to improve visibility by forming a fine rugged part at least on a part of a field through which reflected light reflected by a rising wall surface of a saw tooth projecting part or a rising wall surface on a light transmitting plate is guided is guided into the visual field. CONSTITUTION:Since the reflected light of external light which is reflected by the surface side of a light transmitting plane 1 is reflected by the light transmitting plane 3 of the saw tooth projecting part 5 is guided to the outside of the visual field in a direction other than the visual direction, the visivility is improved. Even if light irradiated from the surface side of the light transmitting plane 1 or light irradiated from the back side of the light transmitting plate 1, e.g. light irradiated from an internal light source arranged in a display device such as an indicator, is made incident onto the medium of the light transmitting plate 1 and a part of the incident onto the medium of the light transmitting plate 1 and a part of the incident light 6 irradiates the rising wall surface 4 of the saw tooth projecting part 5, the irradiation light 6 is dispersed by the fine rugged part 7 formed on the rising wall surface 4. The rising wall surface 4 can be prevented from inconvenience such as partial glaring emission.
