The composition is as follows; the cellulose obtained by finely arinding the waste cellulose cup is the main component, and other components are a placitater 15-20% and an organic solvent 10-25% and a non-ionic surface active agent 1-5% and PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) 1-2% diluted with 40-50% water.
