PURPOSE:To facilitate the frame conversion from the ground system to the satellite system and the frame conversion from the satellite system to the ground system by adopting the constitution that a reference transmission speed of a serial data into a transmission speed being an integral number of multiple of N-bit by a speed conversion means. CONSTITUTION:A serial data of the ground system in 1.544Mbit/s (193-bit/frame) shown in figure (a) fed to a transmission line L1 via a terminal T1 is converted into the speed of 1.60Mbit/s (200bit/frame) in a form adding a 7-bit dummy bit to a frame synchronizing pulse F as shown in, e.g., figure (b). That is, the speed is converted into a transmission speed of an integral number of multiple of 8-bit in the speed conversion section 1. That is, an output signal via the speed conversion section 1 is fed to one input terminal of an AND gate 21 constituting a dummy bit addition part 2 via a transmission line L2. |
