PURPOSE:To avoid interference in action between various devices and to reduce the installation space by providing a parts setting device upstream of a working position in the work conveying direction, a bolt setting device downstream thereof, and a bolt fastening device above the working position. CONSTITUTION:A work W is positioned on a working position 5, and a bolt fastening device 165 is disposed above the working position 5. A parts stock 17 is disposed on one side of the conveying passage of the work W upstream of the working position 5 in the work conveying direction, and a parts setting device 31 is provided upstream in the conveying direction of the work W movably between the parts stock 17 and the working position 5. A bolt feeder 111 is disposed on one side of the conveying passage of the work W downstream in the work conveying direction, and a bolt setting device 121 is provided downstream in the conveying direction of the work W movably between the bolt feeder 111 and the working position 5. This permits interference in action between respective devices to be avoided and the installation space to be relatively reduced.
