PURPOSE:To attempt to improve processability and dispersibility by dissolving a dyestuff in an organic solvent before the dyestuff is added in and mixed with a polyol. CONSTITUTION:Before a dyestuff is added in and mixed with a polyol component consisting of polyether type and polyester type, the dyestuff is dissolved in an organic solvent and the dyestuff solution is then added in and mixed with the polyol. The mixture is heated at 50-60 deg.C and treated under reduced pressure of 5-15mmHg to form a polyol layer 2. As the organic solvent, such solvents having a little higher b.p. than that of the polyol component as dioxane, trichroloethylene and the like are preferable. The polyol layer 2 is then laminated on a base 1 consisting of a resin having good heat resistance and thereafter heated and cured to form a molding. As the dyestuff can be rapidly dispersed in the polyol layer, it is possible to carry out rapidly pressure-reducing and defoaming operation. |
