PURPOSE:To provide a gelled material coated on a substrate having a coat film, effective in preventing the elongation and deformation of the substrate, enabling the use of a soft substrate and decreasing the air-permeability and moisture-permeability of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:A coat film is laminated on a surface of a substrate in a manner peelable at a peel strength of 2-10g/cm and a gelled material is applied to the other surface of the substrate to obtain the objective gelled material such as poultice, pack, etc., to be applied to body or face for medical treatment or beauty treatment. The substrate is reinforced with the coat film attached to a surface of the substrate and the adhesivity and compliance of the product to the body or face can be improved by the use of soft gel and soft substrate. The quality and coatability of the gel can be also improved. Especially, the dissipation of the component can be prevented, the oozing of the gelled material can be suppressed, the gelled material can be uniformly applied to the substrate, and the protrusion or adhesion of gel to a cutter in cutting can be prevented to improve the cutting efficiency.
