PURPOSE:To improve the suction performance by installing a collision member opposed to the jet hole of a nozzle on the discharge port side of a jet pump. CONSTITUTION:The inlet pipe 12 and the nozzle 14 of a jet pump 10 form an inlet part 16, and a jet hole 20 is formed at the top edge of the nozzle 14. A plate-shaped collision member 33 is jointed at the top edge of the discharge port 32 of a venturi pipe 20, and formed into the shape opposed to the center part of the jet hole 20 of the nozzle 14. Therefore, even if the top edge of the discharge port 32 is exposed into the air, the jet stream collides with the collision member 33, and gas foams are generated, and the part between the discharge port 32 and the collision member 33 is filled by the stream of gas foams, and the negative pressure in a negative pressure chamber 26 is maintained. Thus, the suction performance can be improved.
