PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of data transmission by using a CRC check system to check a data error and resending the data at the occurrence of the error. CONSTITUTION:A picture data 1 is sent from a computer side in a data sending procedure sending a data from the computer to a CRT, the CRT side applies the parity check and the CRC check of the data and when no error exists, the CRT side returns the affirmative reply. The computer side sends a picture data 2, the CRT side applies the parity check and CRC check of the data and when any error exists as a result, the CRT side returns a negative reply. In receiving the negative reply, the computer side sends the picture data 2 again. The computer side repeats the retransmission in this way until the affirmative reply is received. Thus, the reliability of the data transmission is improved.
