发明名称 AUTOMATIC PRECISION HEATING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a heating process having a specified quality to be continued in an automatic precision heating device for vaporizing liquid fuel gas into a desired pressure through a pressure reduction valve and feeding it to a heating port by a method wherein a bomb is placed in a constant temperature device without adjusting a flow rate of the gas. CONSTITUTION:In a constant temperature device 2 for keeping a gas bomb 1 at a specified temperature, water in a water tank for use in circulating underground water enters at a lower inlet port 2a and exits from an upper outlet port 2b. A range of variation in tolerance on temperature of the constant temperature device is preferably in general about 0.1 deg.C. A product is attached to a circulating fixing block 12, under- ground water is fed to the constant temperature device 2 so as to adjust the pressure reduction valve 3 of the bomb 1, adjuster valves 6a and 6 for both compressed air and propane and a mixture gas adjusting valve 9 for each of the flame ports 10. Then, the flame ports 10 are ignited. When a switch for a driving mechanism for a chain 11 is turned on, each of the products is temporarily stopped at each of the positions enclosed by the flame ports 10 for a specified period of time and advanced and then dropped into the product accepter. Adjustment of flow rate of the fuel gas at once eliminates almost the adjustment of the flow rate.
